On August 6, "Power System Technology Guide" (SD 131-84) (the pilot) and "Power System Security and Stability Guide" (DL 755-2001) revision work meeting was held in CSEE. Experts of power generation, transmission and distribution, research and design, about more than 20 people gathered to discuss on the revising the work of "Technical Guidelines for the Power System" (SD 131-84) (the pilot) and "Power System Security and Stability Guidelines "(DL 755-2001).
The meeting was presided by Zhou Xiaoxin, the chief engineer of China Electric Power Research Institute, Director of the CSEE Electric System Study Committee. Lu Yanchang, President of the CSEE, Li Ruomei, the Executive Deputy Secretary-General, and Zhao Jianjun, Deputy Director of the Department attended the meeting. President Lu Yanchang and Mr. ZHOU Xiao-xin introduced the background and significance of the revision work of the present guidelines. Then the work plan and specific arrangements were studied and the human resource advantage of the revising as well as the challenge might faced were pointed out. The experts also had an in-depth discussion of how to do a good job of revising guidelines under the new situation. |
