On 21th September, 2006, Doctor Li Ruomei, the deputy secretary general of Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering, met Mr. Rick Bush, the chief editor of Transmission and Distribution in a friendly atmosphere in the guest room NO.449 and the two parties talked over the prospect of the mutual cooperation.
       Doctor Li passionately drew the picture of the members of CSEE, and Mr. Bush, in zealous response, gave details of T&D together with his wishes of creating a Chinese version of its website and cooperative endeavor in technical training with CESS, on which Doctor Li showed great interest in promising ideas.
       The both parties felt contented with their meeting and expressed expectation of further opportunity in commitment in contribution in international electric transmission and distribution. Mr. Zhao Jianjun, the deputy director of CSEE academic department, Ms. Zhang Qianqian, the secretary of CSEE international department, and Mr. Chen Yun, the accompanying person to Mr. Bush , also joined the meeting.
